Abstract佛教在宋代的社會化進程加快，實現了從注重智慧解脫到全面融入國情民俗的氣質轉型，其直接原因是佛教在與社會的互動過程中，自身在修行等寺院佛事活動方面所作的社會調整。因此，寺院生活特徵是探討佛教轉型及民俗佛教形成的契入點之一。
