Abstract香積寺位於西安城南，距西安城約十八公里。寺名香積出於香積如來之典，取《維摩經》佛土眾香國香積如來有香飯﹔香氣聞及三千大千世界，萬千人食之不盡。食之後即獲如來“無量福慧”，“菩薩所有功德，皆悉具足”之意。
