Abstract | The article examines the possibility and implications of the decline of true Dharma. External conditions that inhibit advancement are discussed including the craving for everything that makes the public discard things rapidly, the flood of information that calls for attention hourly and the speed of all events. Internal conditions are presented such as the lack of attention to the Dharma and individual experiences in past existences. Elements of the preparatory stages are explained. |
