Abstract | The focus of this paper is to explore Buddhist Mental Culture and Western Psychology from several perspectives and to discover how they have similarities and differences. Some suggestions will be given as to how these two philosophies and practices can work together to increase the possibilities of enhancing one’s chances for developing a healthy life in this increasingly complex and traumatic world. |
