Abstract 戒體指受戒者納受戒法於心中而生防非止惡的精神功能,在性質上有色法、心法及非色非心法之區分。戒體論完成於中國佛教律宗,南山律宗道宣以戒體諸義作為其判教的依據,歸戒體為唯識學中的「種子」。在對種子戒體的形成、所依、功用等論述中,道宣闡述了其獨具特色的「攝小歸大」律學思想,以種子戒體作為會通小乘戒律與大乘思想的根據。
