| Abstract | 吐谷渾在南北朝時期，在南朝與西域、涼州的佛教文化交流中曾起過重要的作用，吐谷渾佛教對研究中古中國佛教的傳播及源流具有一定的意義。吐谷渾拾寅在位期間，其境內佛教已很流行，初信佛教的時間似可上溯，十三王度易侯至十八王夸呂時期，佛教得到長足的發展，造寺、求經像等的記載多在這一時期。益州在吐谷渾佛教傳播過程中起過重要的作用。吐谷渾佛教主要源自南朝，另一來源就是西域。
During the Northern and Southern Dynasties (386-581), the Tu-yu-huns吐谷渾 had played an important role in Buddhist exchange between the Southern Dynasties and the Western Region and Liangzhou in Hexi Corridor. The date when the Tu-yu-huns got in touch with Buddhism can be traced to the period When Shiyin 拾寅(452-481), the 12th king of the Tu-yu-hun’ s, was on the throne. During the period from the 13th king Du-yi-hou 度易侯 (481-490) to the 18th king Kua-lu 夸呂 (535-591), Buddhism had made considerable progress in the Tu-yu-huns, and mere Buddhist temples were built and more buddhist canons were copied. Yizhou became an important Buddhist center for Buddhist exchanges between the Tu-y-huns and the Southern Dynasties and the Western Regions. |
