| Abstract | 《金光明最勝王經》是一部對唐以后的佛教發展產生很大影響的佛經,在藏經洞和黑水城出土的佛經文獻中占相當比例。西夏時期,秉常、仁孝和遵頊皇帝先后對《金光明最勝王經》進行翻譯校勘和復譯經疏等。蒙元時期,西夏遺民又開始重新雕版,再次刊印此經。可見,此經在西夏信眾中占有重要的地位。《金光明最勝王經》在西夏的流傳除了得到皇室的支持外,還與佛經無所不能的宣說和西夏社會狀況有很大關系。
Suvarnaprabhāsottamarāja-sūtra is one of important canonical Buddhist scriptures,which had great influence in China during the tenth century after the fall of the Tang Dynasty.Many manuscript copies of Suvarn,aprabhāsottamarāja-sūtra were found among Dunhuang manuscripts and documents and texts from Khara Khoto.Several large-scale enterprises for translation,proof-reading and commentation of Buddhist texts took place during the following periods of the Western Xia dynasty:in the reigns of Emperor Bingchang(r.1068-1085),Emperor Renxiao(r.1140-1193)and Emperor Zunxu(r.1211-1222).During the Yuan Dynasty,some printed copies ofSuvarn,aprabhāsottamarāja-sūtra show its renewed popularity,and demonstrate that Suvarn-aprabhāsottamarāja-sūtra had played a very important role at the heart of Buddhism in the Western Xia.The popularity of Suvarnaprabhāsottamarāja-sūtra in the Western Xia Dynasty had also shows that it enjoyed the support of the imperial family of the Western Xia,while the universal monastic dissemination of the sutra to Western Xia society was also of great importance. |
