| Abstract | 本文主要以大英博物館藏Stein Painting50 Ch0074文獻為中心,對吐蕃占領敦煌前后的敦煌及周邊的八大菩薩做了圖像上的解釋。同時,結合印度、西藏以及瓜州東千佛洞保存的八大菩薩曼陀羅和藏經洞出土的相關密教文獻做了細致入微的比較研究,以為此卷文獻是吐蕃占領下的公元8世紀末葉到9世紀中的作品,內容當是印度、絲綢之路地區流行的胎藏大日八大菩薩。
Based on a careful study of Stein Painting50 Ch 0074 remaining in the British Museum,this article tries to giving an iconographic explanation for the Eight Great Bodhisattvas of the Tibetan Occupation period in Dunhuang Grottoes and another Buddhist site nearby area and at the same time,made a comparative study both on iconography of the Eight Bodhisattva found in India,Tibetan and the Eastern Cave of Thousand Buddhas in Guazhou and the Tantric texts in the Hidden Library of Dunhuang.This article put forward an opinion that Stein Painting Ch 0074 should belong to art work of later 8th century to mid 9th century of period of Tibetan Occupation in Dunhuang,and icon presentation of Stein Painting50 Ch.0074 was popular Buddhist art motif of Vairochana and the Eight Bodhisattva of the Garbhadhātu family that popular along the Old Silk Road at that time. |
