| Abstract | 敦煌寫本吐蕃文雇工契(P.T.12974)為探究吐蕃文契約的樣貌及其雇傭關系的性質提供了彌足珍貴的實物資料。本件吐蕃文雇工契與同期漢文雇工契相比較,在文書格式上保持獨立特色的同時,更多地承襲了漢文契的模式;在雇傭關系方面契約雙方地位較為平等,基本上是以役力換取糧食,屬于幫工性質。
P.T.12974,an ancient hand-written Tibetan employment contract,provides precious materials for studying the format of ancient Tibetan employment contracts as well as the relationship between the employers and employees.By comparing P.T.12974 with Chinese employment contracts of the same period,this paper argues that the contract discussed here followed Chinese contracts in format while reaining its own features.Employers and employees were more nearly equal.Basically,the employees traded their labor for food as temporarily hired laborers. |
