Abstract西藏特殊的地理位置使其成為中外宗教文化藝術交流的輻輳之地,作為藏傳佛教中成熟的藝術表現形式,佛教造像藝術也因此從一開始就不可避免地受到多種文化因素的浸淫。藏傳佛教的造像藝術萌動於佛教入藏之始,到元明清三朝隨著藏傳佛教的空前發展達到巔峰,形成了鮮明的民族藝術風格和獨特的藝術風貌。根據宗教職能劃分出的上師、密修本尊、佛母、佛、菩薩、羅漢、空行護法七個部類的神構成了藏傳佛教紛繁復雜的神的世界,作者便是根據這樣的劃分對藏傳佛教造像藝術特徵作了系統介紹。
