Abstract1925年8月,歐陽竟無(漸,1871-1943)為澄清支那內學院“非宗教性質、是講學機關”的辦學宗旨,致信時任教育部長的章士釗,在闡明內學院所講求之“內學”性質的同時,羅列二十條所謂“現得之學理”作為內學院研學所得之成果,并進一步將其概括為三方面,亦即“總得之理”、“法相之理”與“唯識之理”。在所謂“總得之理”當中,歐陽總括了前此十余年自己研學之心得與學理之創獲:一、群眾三苦熾然而后學興,一切所學為他而學;二、唯識、法相學是兩種學,法相廣于唯識,非一慈恩宗所可概;三、法性、法相是一種學,教止是談法相,龍樹、無著實無性相之分;四、教以法、義為通途,無大小乘之畛域;五、教無進化之理,而有遞嬗之跡
