| Abstract | 佛陀為鼓勵弟子們照顧弱勢的病人，告訴弟子照顧病人的福報如同照顧佛陀一樣可以獲得大果報，由此可見照顧病患在佛教中的重要性。
就佛教的平等觀來看，生老病死，皆是緣起性空，平等一貫，生命體無須對死亡特別的排斥與害怕，因為其不過是生命歷程的重要環節，與出生是平等。醫療人員對待病患與家屬，不分貧富貴賤，應為其做平等的考量，給與適當的醫療照顧與關懷。佛教生命末期照顧生命素質提升與轉化的路徑為藉由法門的修持引發智慧力提升，得以脫離死恐懼、生死困頓，提升生命質素。在面對家屬沉痛的心情，醫療團隊應給予醫療上全力的支持，並給予適當的陪伴；帶著家屬來看死亡在生命歷程的位置，以及如何幫自己與幫助病人帶出生命的出路。
Buddha encouraged his disciples to take care of vulnerable patients, tell his disciples to take care of the patient, and take care of the Buddha as possible to obtain a large reward, we can see the importance of care for patients in Buddhism. Equal Concept of Buddhism, birth and death are all causality empty, we do not exclude the fear of death, because in the course of our lives, the status of births and deaths are equal. Medical personnel to treat patients and their families, regardless of rich and poor, equal consideration should be done for them, given the proper treatment and care. In Buddhism in end of life care, with practice the Dharma of wisdom initiator lifting force, escaped death fear, life and death, hardship, enhance the quality of life. In the families of a heavy heart, the medical team should
be given full medical support, and appropriate to accompany; to help families and patients to find a way out of life. |
