| Abstract | 佛教慈善組織秉承傳統的慈悲觀念和向善精神,融合當代"人間佛教"的思想精神,參與開展了大量的慈善公益活動。但是,由于自身能力不足以及外在環境的限制,許多佛教慈善組織目前還處于救濟型階段,即以單純的財物救濟為主,缺乏更為專業化的服務方式。本研究以天津市佛教慈善功德基金會為例,通過分析其組織理念、與佛教寺院之間的關系以及為獲取政府信任而采取的應對策略等方面,探討"救濟型"佛教慈善組織的內在生存邏輯。本研究認為,積極的入世理念、良好的寺院支持以及政府的認可是天津市佛教慈善功德基金會發展的關鍵。同時,本研究指出,佛教慈善組織如果繼續固守現有的發展思路,從長遠來看既不利于促進組織的專業化,也不利于實現組織的獨立性。因此,由救濟型向服務型慈善組織轉變,實現組織的獨立性和專業化是當前慈善組織發展的關鍵。
This study, based on the analysis of organization ideas, their relationship with the temples, and the strategies the organizations taken to gain the trusts of the local governments, tries to explore the survival logics of the Buddhist charity organizations. |
