| Abstract | 白云守端為楊歧方會嫡子,禪門一代宗匠,其歷史地位不必再論,然其生平史事中尚存一些疑點,需要進一步澄清。據《建中靖國續燈錄》卷十四:舒州白云山海會院守端禪師衡陽周氏子也,生而異相,遂舍出家。篤志參玄,勤詢學問。法悟楊岐,名播宗席。語要頌古,諸方盛傳。今也雖亡,道風益扇。~①此書雖早,但相關史事部分很短,只有生具異相一句,他書未載。有關守端的比較完整的傳記最早的是惠洪(1071-1128)的《禪林僧寶傳》。 |
