| Abstract | 本文將略述有效利他主義的思維與發展，並將以其中之一社群——GiveWell為例，簡單介紹該社群是如何尋找成本效益最高的公益慈善團體，藉此說明未來公益慈善團體的運作，必須愈來愈重視效益化，否則很可能在有效利他社群所致成的競爭下失去生存空間。此外，做為一個國際知名度的救災團體，慈濟在全球救災的貢獻上，確實具有極大效益，本文也試圖略舉其作法，並建議其建立衡量效益的量化分析，以期在有效利他主義的運動裡，佔有一席之地。
This article will discuss about the philosophy of effective altruism, also introduce the process and criteria that GiveWell used to point out the most cost-effective organization. Besides, GiveWell's work illustrate why cost-effectiveness is so important for NGO, since people will become more and more hesitate to donate those NGO without recommendation.
As one of the most effective disaster rescues organization, Tzu-Chi has contributed huge recourse to help victims of natural disaster. This article will show up those effective operations in disaster rescues by Tzu-Chi, and suggest it to create its own model so as to evaluate its effectiveness. |
