Abstract | Far eastern Asia has been multi-religious society. Especially Korea is called a department of religions. In multi-religious society, troubles among religions are inevitable. But the far eastern society has experienced religious troubles not in radical level. This is due to the religious inclusivism of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism which were main religious tradition of this area. The causes of troubles between religions are diverse but mainly attributable to the religious exclusivism. The religious inclusivism regards their own faith as the best and others' as inferior, but does not consider other religions to be destroyed completely. Indebted to this religious inclusivism of them, Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism stimulate and respond each other and can be developed by the name of 'three religions, but one teaching(三敎合一論). But religious inclusivism can't make ultimate reconciliate or agreement. We can notice this by the fact that three religions of the far eastern Asia go on making troubles, conflicting and being hostile to each other.
