| Abstract | 本文設定有限的論述目的，具體的說，本文先分析佛教的慈悲觀的理論成分，從哲理分析，提出從存在論、形上學及本性論三向，解釋生緣、法緣與無緣慈悲的三層次；並凸顯慈悲的四個面向，它們分別是意向性的關聯、位格的關係性、平等的同理性及動態的實踐性；並進而以日本京瓷創辦人稻盛和夫為例，以彰顯在其詮釋下，所見到的佛教慈悲精神跟慈悲管理的選擇親和性（Elective affinity）。
This article has a very limited objective. It seeks to manifest the key theoretical characteristics of the Buddhist concept of compassion and to demonstrate to the extent that there witnesses elective affinity between the Buddhist concept of compassion and the idea of compassionate management advocated by Inamori Kazuo. |
