Abstract美國深層生態學桂冠詩人加里·斯奈德從禪宗中汲取了大量生態思想,禪宗不僅滲透到詩人的生態詩學中,而且也貫穿於其一生的生活實踐.在禪宗的影響下,斯奈德建立了一種禪宗和深層生態學緊密結合的獨特生態觀.斯奈德並非全盤吸收禪宗,而是將其與美國的本土語境密切相連,形成了一種具有濃厚美國特色的禪宗.本文從習禪、寫禪、化禪三方面來探討禪宗對斯奈德的全方位影響.

Gary Snyder,a Poet Laureate of American deep ecology,absorbs considerable ecological thoughts from Zen,which is not only pervasive in his eco-poetics but also constant in all his life.Influenced by Zen,Snyder has established a unique ecological view combining Zen and deep ecology.Snyder’s adoption of Zen does not stop on copying but is based on American native context, thus forms Zen with strong American characteristics.This article is aimed to study Zen’s total influence on Snyder,approached from the following three aspects:the practice of Zen,the writing of Zen,the Americanization of Zen
