Abstract본 논문의 목적은 원효찬 『판비량론』의 3종의 사본의 진위를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재『判比量論』은 하나의 사본으로부터 절단되어 몇 개인가 단편만이 남아있다. 하나의 사본이란 일본에서 760년경까지 서사된 것이고, 고묘황후(光明皇后) 로 추정되는 주인(朱印)이 찍혀있다. 『판비량론』의 연구는 일본 안에 흩어져 있는 사본의 단편을 찾아내어 모을 필요가 있다.
본고에 검토하는 3종의 단편의 원문은 다음과 같다.

A本(東京国立博物館所蔵)
1 量故非共許而無過失是二差別以何為證如理門
2 論悟他中言唯有共許決[定] 言詞説名能立或名能破
3 非互不成猶豫言詞後轉成故後明自悟比量頌曰
4 一事有多法相非一切行唯由簡別餘表定能随逐
5 如是能相者亦有衆多法性不越所相能表示非餘

B本(某博物館所蔵)
1 猶如他果亦應自果不從自因生與彼異故猶如
2 他因現見自因唯生自々果々唯從自因而生故知
3 因果非定異也若於因中先定有果々則如因應

C本(某個人所蔵)
1 經部執有説此言彼相識無者謂五識上無極微
2 相々分無故々非所緣設有相分應許所緣相在
3 識故判云此説不了有□過故應言彼曰如當
4 許在識相是所緣耶為當許心外境為所緣耶
5 若言識上有以彼相故許外境為所緣者則此相

이 들 3종의 사본 단간은 문자나 구성 등으로부터 판단할 때『판비량론』으로 생각된다. 또한 A본과 C본은 그 내용으로부터도 『판비량론』으로 추정할 수 있다. 그러나 C본은『대승광백론석론』의 인용이며, 내용으로부터 『판비량론』이라고 추정하기에는 곤란한 점이 있다.


The purpose of this paper is to consider the authenticity of three types of manuscripts by Wŏnhyo (元曉)'s P'anpiryangnon (判比量論).
At present, P'anpiryangnon has only a few fragments cut from one manuscript. One manuscript was copied in Japan by about 760 BC, and was stamped with a red stamp that was presumed to be Empress Koumyou(光明皇后). The study of P'anpiryangnon requires searching for and collecting manuscript fragments scattered throughout Japan.
The original text of the three fragments considered in this paper is as follows.
Text A (Tokyo National Museum collection)

1 量故非共許而無過失是二差別以何為證如理門
2 論悟他中言唯有共許決[定] 言詞説名能立或名能破
3 非互不成猶豫言詞後轉成故後明自悟比量頌曰
4 一事有多法相非一切行唯由簡別餘表定能随逐
5 如是能相者亦有衆多法性不越所相能表示非餘

Text B (A museum collection)
1 猶如他果亦應自果不從自因生與彼異故猶如
2 他因現見自因唯生自々果々唯從自因而生故知

Text C (A private collection)

These three types of manuscript fragments are considered P'anpiryangnon based on the character and composition. In addition, the Text A and C can be presumed to be P'anpiryangnon from the contents. However, the Text C is a quotation of the Dharmapāla (護法)'s Śataka-kārikā-vṛtti (大乘廣百論釋論), and it is difficult to presume it from the content as P'anpiryangnon.
