| Abstract | 海峽兩岸佛教慈善事業可從理念文化、政府政策、社會民眾認同、佛教自身建設四個方面進行比較。在理念文化方面,海峽兩岸皆以人間佛教思想為核心理念。在其他三方面,臺灣地區因為社會經濟轉型先于大陸大部分地區,因而在政府政策對佛教慈善事業的支持、佛教界在推動民眾對佛教慈善的認同和參與、佛教自身的慈善管理和運行機制等方面,已逐漸形成了自身獨特有效的運行模式,如慈濟"會員→委員→會長"的勸募模式;善款善事公開、善款專項專用、產業與管理分離的慈善管理模式等,能夠有效地調動民眾的捐款熱情,推動佛教慈善事業的拓展。大陸佛教慈善團體則存在專業化不夠、對志愿者的培訓和引導不足等局限。兩岸佛教慈善事業的相互交流和學習,有利于促進民間慈善和整個社會福利事業的進一步發展。
Based on field work on Buddhist charity organizations in the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan,this paper make a comparative study of such aspects as ideas,government policy,popularity and self-construction of Buddhism on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.The paper also points out that the Buddhist charity organizations should put themselves into the whole social welfare system in order to make a better use of the resources from both government and society. |
