AbstractGuru Sekolah Minggu Buddha adalah seorang yang sebagai sumber belajar, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, dan evaluator namun ada kalanya metode pembelajaran ini membuat siswa jenuh dan tidak kreatif. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar menggunakan metode role play berbasis psikodrama agar siswa lebih antusias untuk belajar. Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah pembinaan Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha Tamil Kota Medan dilakukan selama satu hari. Pertemuan akan dilakukan pelatihan dengan sistem Psikodrama, Belajar Aktif berdasar prinsip Psikologi dan Drama. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar. Para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti materi dan pelatihan yang disampaikan. Selain itu praktek psikodrama membuat peserta menambah kompetensi mengajardan bagi para guru dapat memaksimalkan kompetensinya dalam mengajar.

Buddhist Sunday school teacher who is the learning resource, facilitator, manager, demonstrator, mentor, and evaluator, sometimes using uncreative learning method that makes students feel bored. The purpose of this training is to improve teacher's teaching skills using psychodrama-based role play method to grow student's enthusiasm to learn. It is formed by holding a one day coaching program of psychodrama system, also the active learning based on psychology and drama principles for Tamil Buddhist Sunday school teachers in Medan. Every activities of this training went smoothly with participants enthusiasm, also the result is Buddhist Sunday school teacher have been able to increase and maximize their competence.
