| Abstract | 생전예수재는 살아생전에 공덕과 수행을 미리 닦아 사후에 극락왕생할 수 있도록 스스로 참회하고 성찰하는 자행(自行) 의례이다. 본 논의는 근현대시기에 새롭게 정립된 생전예수재의 새로운 실천적 모범사례로 꼽히는 봉은사 생전예수재의 가치를 확산을 위해 체험형 콘텐츠로 개발하는 문제에 대해 논의하고 다양한 분야에서 활용하도록 이바지하고자 한다. 생전예수재에서 지전을 사루고, 아미타불을 간절히 염하며 절하는 것을 극락으로 가는 티켓의 구매쯤으로 폄훼하는 경향이 있다. 보시와 독경과 수행으로 극락왕생할 수 있다고 하는 전통적인 예수재에 대해 백안시하는 분위기를 극복하기 위해서 봉은사 생전예수재는 거듭 태어났다. 보시와 수행의 사회적 실천의 과정을 모두 담아 실천적 신앙결사로 거듭나게 된 모범으로 주목받는다. 바로 불교의례가 지향하는 시대적 전망을 제시한 것이다. 현대인들은 스마트폰을 필두로 하는 뉴미디어를 통해 누구나 콘텐츠를 만들고 나누며 자신의 의견을 나누고 있다. 현실의 나의 모습을 반성하고 죽음을 준비하여 보시와 추선을 통해 극락으로 함께 가는 수행의 축제의 장이 봉은사 생전예수재의 구조이다. 불교가 보여 줄 수 있는 이 시대의 새로운 신앙과 체험의 계기를 제시하는 방법으로 스마트미디어 시대에는 체험형 콘텐츠가 되어야 한다. 봉은사 생전예수재는 죽음을 준비하기 위하여 삶에서 수행과 공덕 쌓기를 통해 사회적 실천으로 향상일로(向上一路)를 걷게 한다. 본 논의에서 체험형 콘텐츠라는 도구로 장엄하고, 의미와 체험이라는 공감을 통해 수많은 사람에게 봉은사 생전예수재를 알리고 체험할 수 있는 계기를 마련하기 위한 길을 걷는데 이바지 하고자 한다.
Saengjeonyesujae is a self-conducted ritual that repents and reflects on one's own self-repentance so that the merit and meditation can be cleaned up in advance and revived after death. This paper aims to discusses the issue of developing the value of Bongeunsa Saengjeonyesujae, which is considered a new practical best practice in modern and contemporary times, as an experience-based content to spread the value of Bongeunsa Saengjeonyesujae, and to contribute to the use in various fields. People of paradise tend to disregard the purchase of a ticket from praying with paper money and bowing earnestly to the Buddha of Amitabha at the Saengjeonyesujae. Bongeunsa Temple was born again in order to overcome the atmosphere of reviving the traditional Saengjeonyesujae, which is said to be able to return to paradise through giving alms, sutra chanting and practice. It is attracting attention as an example of being reborn as a practical association of faith, containing both the process of social practice of giving alms and meditation. It presented the perspective of the times that Buddhist rituals are aiming for. Modern people are creating and sharing contents and sharing their opinions through new media, led by smart phones. Bongeunsa is the structure of Saengjeonyesujae during his lifetime as a place for a meditation festival that reflects on the reality of myself and prepares for death and goes to paradise through giving alms and perform memorial services. In the era of smart media, I think that the way to present the opportunity for new faith and experience that Buddhism can provide is the experiential content. In order to prepare for death, Bongeunsa's Saengjeonyesujae led to the improvement of social practice through the performance and the building of virtues in life. In this discussion, we intend to contribute to providing an opportunity to introduce and experience Bongeunsa's s Saengjeonyesujae to more people through the majestic, experiential content tool and sympathy with meaning and experience. |
