| Abstract | 宗教界代表人士作為信教群體特殊階層,是中國共產黨和政府聯系宗教界一般人士和信教公民的橋梁和紐帶。青海是多民族聚居多宗教并存的省份,加之又地處內地連接西藏、新疆的中樞地帶,境外敵對勢力不斷利用教派、教職人員與信徒眾多的藏傳佛教和伊斯蘭教進行分裂、滲透活動,而具有深厚社會基礎和社會影響力的宗教代表人士在反分裂、反滲透活動中發揮著積極作用。盡管近些年宗教界人士培養受到各級政府高度重視,但隨著社會的快速發展,一些不合時宜的現象由之而浮現,因此,面對新情況、新問題,各級相關部門適時地加強對宗教界人士尤其宗教界代表人士綜合素質的培養尤顯重要。
As a special group of religious group,the representative of religions is a bridge to bind reKgious group and CCP and the government.Qinghai is a residential place of multi-nationality with multi-religion,and a core for binding Tibetan and Xinjiang with hinterland,it is the right place for overseas hostile forces that doing splitting and infiltrating activities by religious sects and clerical personnel from Tibetan Buddhism and Islam.The religious representatives,with their solid mass base and social influence,play important and active role in preventing splitting and infiltrating activities.Although the training of these representatives has been paid high attention by government,some improper phenomenon appeared with the society developing.So,it’s necessary for all relevant departments to duly strengthen the training of the people in religious conscience especially the representatives while facing new situation and problems. |
