Abstract教亨禪師是宋金時期北方臨濟宗的重要傳人，也是金國佛教的領袖人物，他的生平經歷及相關人物和事件，無疑是金代佛教的一個重要環節。關於教亨，以往的研究僅限於佛教史傳的記載，然而這些記載不僅簡略，而且還有分歧、錯誤。近年來，關於教亨及其周圍人物的史料不斷有新的發現，可以補充文獻記載的不足，但是有待系統的整理。本文試圖把目前已知的教亨資料匯集起來，通過細致的讀解，弄清教亨的經歷以及和他相關的人物、事件，從而具體揭示宋金時期河南地區的佛教、乃至北方禪宗的一個側面。
