抄録 | The article examines the relationship between Liang Wudi, an exceptionally competent but controversial ruler and Buddhism, with implication on a Buddhist palace chapel installed within Wudi's palace complex where various politico-religious activities are held. Accordingly, it pays particular attention to dharma-assemblies that represented the Chinese version of the Indian and Central Asian institution known as the Pañcavārṣika. |
