| 抄録 | 作為社會意識形態的重要組成部分的宗教,對當前各地區、各民族、各國家都具有很大影響,也對價值判斷、組織結構、公民社會、政治與民族關系,都將產生不可估量的巨大影響。在公共管理日益成為管理新範式的今天,宗教與現代公共治理也存在密切關系。宗教是影響社會乃至政府的因素之一,宗教帶給每個人未來無窮盡的希望,能凈化人們心靈,而且在維持社會穩定、全球事務方面也會產生很大影響。反過來講,世界上大多數國家的政府都出臺了一系列政策、法規來鼓勵宗教進步,同時對宗教中的一些不利於經濟發展和社會進步的因素加以限制,使宗教朝著健康的方向發展。宗教與公共治理是一個互動的過程。
Religion,as an important part of the social ideology,has a great influence on all peoples,regions and countries values organizations citizens,politics and the relationships between the nations.Today,as the public management has become the new paradigm,religion has much to do with the current public management.Religion is one of the great factors that influence the society and even the government.And it also can give people endless hope of the future,purge people's bad thoughts.Besides,it plays an important role ensuring social stability and the global affairs.Oppositely , the government of most count ries in the world have all promulgated policies and provisions to encourage the religion and limited the factors in the religion that hinder the economic development and the social progress , making it develop healthily. In a word , religion and public administ ration is interactive.
