| 抄録 | 以坐禪為方便，可以使人身心安頓，發定生解，現證
本來. 由於坐禪有諸多功能，近年來坐禪頗獲各界的肯定
與採行，坐禪過程的調身，調息及調心等，經科學研究證
實與身心健康有密切關係.
當人們發現影響現代人類健康的主因素為生活型態
以來，世界先進各國開始推行健康促進計畫，以改變國人
的生活型態，促進國民的健康，公元二千年達到全民健康
的境界，遂成大家共同努力的目標. 坐禪成世界性的
潮流，與人們對健康的重視是有關的.
從現有的健康定義來看，健康是一種圓滿的境界，與
坐禪的境界有相通處，若從達成健康的條件來看，如同
坐禪的境界，健康是很不容易百分之百的實現. 然而，透
過坐禪，可給通往健康開闢一條新的大道，使坐禪成促
進健康的方法，藉健康促進，可用科學給坐禪做學術定
位，使健康促進成坐禪的催化者，兩者相輔相成，是現
代人的清涼甘露.
As meditation conviently enabling one to
settle the mind to produce wisdom and attain
enlightenment. Where meditation has many
benefits, in recently years it is accepted by all
walks of life in the course of meditation，the
adjustment of body，breath and mind have been
proved by scientific research that it has close
relation with health physically and mentally.
Ever since people found out that the main
cause of present man's health is the life style,
those advanced countries of the world initiated
the health promotion programme，to alter the life
style of the public in order to urge better health
of the citizens so that it becomes the goal to be
reached by the general public for everyone's
healthy environment. Meditation became the fashion
of the world is related with the health attention
of the people.
From the present definition of health, it is a
kind of satisfactory state，it is linked with
meditiation. In order to reach full health is just
as the state of meditation，not easy to achieve
its full stage. But through meditation，a new road
is open up to health, thus enabling meditation as
a way to promote health, in turn，to make room for
science to give meditation its academy position,
the catalist to enable health and meditation
became a linked between the two，is the cool
nectar. |
