| 抄録 | 西雙版納地區的傣族是群民信仰小乘佛教的民族，雖然歷史上傣族封建統治，未實行政教合一，但佛教深入到傣族社會的各方面，對傣族社會的法律制度也影響深刻。這可從佛教與領主制政權的關係、封建法律對佛教的特別保護、佛教戒律對人們行為所起的規範作用、佛教與申訴審判制度，及佛教與處罰手段等方面，感受到這種巨大的影響。
Dai People in Xishuangbanna Region all believe in Hinyanan. Although the Dai's feudal rule in the history wasn't a combination of politics and religions, the Hinayana did have a deep influence on Dai society, including its legal system. The influence can be found in the special protection provided by the feudal law to Buddhism, in the standardizing role of Buddhist discipline in the people's behavior, and in the relations between Buddhism and the regime of feudal lord system, Buddhism and the system of lawsuit and judgement, and Buddhism and the means of punishments.
