抄録 | Nishida's thought on place,as developed in 1926 in his explanation of Plato and Aristotle, opens new possibilities for a far- Eastern thought working in particular to overcome the subjectocentrism of Western philosophy. Nishitani,a pupil of Nishida, sought to work out this viewpoint setting out from Zen Buddhism and seeks then to determine the fountain- head of knowledge. Derrida, a critic of ethnocentrism, returns to the Platonic notion of "Chora",which Nishida had used for his view of place. It appears, thus, that Nishida, Nishitani and Derrida, each in a different way, seek to give an indication in the direction of the same seat of the non- apparent. |
