抄録	本文主要探討善導系對「稱名念佛」與「十念」的修持內涵，「稱名念佛」跟「執持名號」有同等內涵，二者都有繫念、憶念的意思。一般咸認稱名念佛在原始佛教時已有跡可尋，演化至大乘佛教時而成為淨土教門專有的修持方式。善導結合「稱名念佛」與「十念」的教說，並將「十念」轉換為「十聲」，這雖為下品凡愚眾生立教，但有其甚深學理，如同他開立的「稱名滅罪」與「稱名見佛」兩個要旨，前者在末法的人世間確立了脫生死的方向，後者則以稱名的修持方式來「見佛」，這種觀點具有甚深的哲理內涵。 This paper mainly discusses Shàndǎo’s connotations to the practice of Buddha-chanting and Ten Recitations. The connotation of Buddha-chanting has comparable concept to having firm， unscattered mind of faith or concentration. Both has the concept of reciting the name of Amitābha Buddha and remembering the virtues of Amitābha Buddha. Buddha-chanting has left its trace since the Early Buddhism， and transformed into exclusive meditation method of Pure Land in Great Vehicle.Shàndǎo combined the concept of Buddha-chanting and ten invocations， and changed ten invocations into ten recitations. Although it is for the purpose to accelerate the public， there is deeper inference to it. It is as such that he proposed the two theses including Buddha-chanting to cease afflictions， and Buddha-chanting to extol the virtues of Buddha. The earlier established the way to discriminate life-and-death in the final dharma， and the later to contemplate Buddha. Such perspectives had found the philosophical connotation to Buddha-chanting.
