抄録 | 敦煌石窟壁畫所顯示的飲食坐姿與坐具、食床的變化相適應,主要有跪坐、胡坐和垂腿坐。垂腿坐雖已被社會所認可,但尚不規范,可看出由跪坐到垂腿坐的過渡痕跡。除此外,坐具與食床正在分離,“床”作為類概念的稱謂仍存在。在坐具發生大變革的過程中,飲食坐姿呈現多樣性,向符合人的生理特點、舒適、方便取食的方向發展,并影響到了合食制的形成和座次、坐向等飲食禮儀。
From Dunhuang murals,we can trace all changes of eating and drinking gestures with changes of furniture to sit on and eat with such as eating beds, chairs,and desks.It takes place in varied situation when necessary plot needed t o present relative situation on Dunhuang murals.The main eating gestures are kne eling seat position;Hu Gui(kneeling in one's one knee) and sitting in with two feet touching on the ground.The gesture of sitting with both feet touch on the ground was considered to be acceptance one,even though it still far from standa rd,one could see it in transition period from the kneeling seat position to the sitting in with both feet on the ground.At the same time,sitting furniture ar e separated from eating bed,only exist in appellation.During the p eriod of changing sitting furniture,varied sitting gestures appeared,and devel oping towards the gesture more comfortable and rational in physical side and con venient to fetching food with.This eating gesture has great influence over to c onformation of Chinese style of sitting around a table and sharing dishes and th e rite of eat and drink in arrangement of the order of seat,place to sit at banquet table. |
