論韓國學術界對臺灣“人間佛教”的 解讀與認識=Korean Academia’s Interpretation and Awareness on Taiwanese Humanistic Buddhism |

| 抄録 | 最近十餘年來韓國佛教界開始關注和矚目臺灣“人間佛教”的勃興，並思考臺灣佛教是如何短時間內驚人地發展成爲亞洲佛教典範的。譬如韓國佛光研究院在2011年4月和10月、先後兩次專門主辦有關臺灣“人間佛教”學術研討會。首次會議上介紹了臺灣佛教團體之間的良好互動關係、介紹了台灣佛教是繼承了太虛大師人間佛教理念的“人生佛教”、是實行菩薩道同時非常嚴格遵守戒律的佛教、還介紹了“人間佛教”的融合特色與多元化的布教方式。第二次會議主要分析了臺灣“人間佛教”成功的原因：完善的人才培養教育體系以及佛學研究方面 的卓越成果。以四大道場爲主，重視救濟、慈善等，同時具有比丘尼團隊優越的力量。在布教和弘法活動中呈現出僧俗平等。以四大道場爲中心、都是各有 特色的“人間佛教”理論和實踐，四大道場創建者的指導力量也不可忽視。在寺院經營方面、採取大眾公義制和圓融和合制、財政分離。這些都是臺灣“人間佛 教”的重要特色、同時也是韓國佛教需要借鑒之處。最後、筆者提出幾點若幹建議：其一、需要從臺灣現當代歷史角度分析臺灣“人間佛教”的發展原因。其二、需要進一步思考和分析儒家思想、道教、媽祖以及齋教等民間信仰對“人間佛教”理論建設方面的影響。此外、在布教方式上、臺灣人間佛教是否汲取了西方宗教的傳教模式？再加上臺灣佛教商業化的問題等等、這些都是未來值得進 一步思考和探討的問題。
Korean Buddhist circles have paid close attention to the rise of Humanistic Buddhism in Taiwan for more than 10 years. Foguang Institute in Korea has twice held conferences aimed at the understanding and analysis of Taiwanese Humanistic Buddhism. It is considered that this kind of understanding and communication between Korea and Taiwan would help improve the standard of lively Buddhist communication and studies among East Asian countries. The author would like to propose three ways for deep research on Humanistic Buddhism in the future.
First, it is necessary to analyze the reason behind the development of Buddhism in Taiwan from the angle of Taiwan’s modern and contemporary history. Second, it is also necessary to analyze the influence of folk religious beliefs, such as Confucianism, on the theory and practice of Humanistic Buddhism. Third, it is considered that the advantages and disadvantages of Humanistic Buddhism could only be grasped by discussing whether Humanistic Buddhism’s different characteristics including its propagation and institutional practices, chosen style similar to western norms, as well as the secularization of Humanistic Buddhism, especially the issue of commercialization. |
