抄録 | 敦煌有著很深的酒文化積澱。敦煌人飲酒的歷史,至遲可以追溯到漢代。敦煌的飲酒風習很盛,酒在敦煌人的生活中扮演著很重要的角色。各種活動都少不了酒,如宴會、祭拜、招待使節、婚喪、慶典等。敦煌幾乎各社會、各階層的人均飲酒,寺院的僧人、尼姑也不例外。敦煌人的飲酒方式既有“喧拳”,也有文雅的籌令﹔敦煌人好喝酒,敦煌酒的銷量很大,除了敦煌有悠久的造酒、飲酒傳統外,也與敦煌所處交通要道有關,往來的商旅和使節影響著敦煌酒的供求關系,還與敦煌糧食產量相對富裕有關。
The history of Drink in Dunhuang can be dated back to the Han Dynasty. During tile period of the Tang and the Five Dynasties, drink had become common practice among the Dunhuang people and played the important part of the daily life. Drink was used to banquets, sacrificial rites, wedding ceremony and entertaining guests. Drinkers were distributed all anal stratums. Many people, regardless of men and women, old and young, officials and common people, even Buddhist monks and nuns, liked to drink. The drink custom was recorded in a lot of Dunhuang Manuscripts. Through these records, it is can be said that the drink custom of Dunhuang in the Tang and the Five Dynasties was effected by varied culture from Central Plain of China and Central Asia and other areas. |
