| 抄録 | 作為一種跨科際整合之「整全人文主義」的佛教哲學諮商，它從人作為身心靈整合的全人向度出發，發揮人文社會科學的專業與科際間的合作，在對共同關懷的生命苦難議題相互療癒，助人免於災厄所帶來的恐懼怖畏，以及緩解身心所受的苦楚。本文力圖從佛陀所示苦、集 、滅、道四聖諦、維摩詰居士面對病苦的超越、禪師豁達的生死智慧與面對死亡的準備、《華嚴經》的圓融和諧等四個面向，說明佛教哲學諮商對生命的療癒，期能獲得境界的提升與心靈的療癒，並對本土化的輔助療法提供另一種思維的方式。
As a cross-disciplinary "integral humanism," Buddhist philosophical counseling, starting from the holistic dimension of the body-mind integration, develops the professional and cross-disciplinary cooperation of humanistic social science, implements healing effects on the sufferings in human life that we all concern, save people from the fear and terror caused by calamities, and relieve their physical and spiritual pains. This paper tries to explain the healing mechanism of Buddhist philosophical counseling through the following approaches: the four noble truths of misery, accumulation, extinction and path; Vimalakirti's transcendence beyond illness and pains; Zen masters' open-minded wisdom about life along with their readiness to face death; and the perfection and harmony of Avatatamsaka Sutra. We wish to have improvement and healing effects on the mind, offering an alternative to the localized complementary therapy.
