| 抄録 | 被譽為中國近代新材料第五大發現的黑水城文獻在時間構成上以西夏及元代文獻為主體，與黑水城西夏文獻不同，黑水城元代文獻主要以世俗文書為主,其中既有契約文書、公文文書,又有宗教文獻、醫書、歷書等,文書所記彌補了元代傳世史料或缺載或語焉不詳的遺憾，從而為我們重新構建蒙元社會，進一步探討元代的行政建制與職官設置、元代財政體系與賦稅制度、社會生活與司法、軍事及宗教文化生活等都提供了珍貴的第一手材料。
Among the archives of the fifth great discovery of historical documents in early modern China,most of the documents found in Khara-Khoto are about the Western Xia and Yuan dynasties. Differing from the Tangut documents, the Yuan dynasty archives are mainly secular documents, including contracts, official documents, religious texts, medical books, and calendars. These documents fill a void in our extant historical records and provide first-hand material for reconstructing our impression of the Yuan dynasty society while further discussing the administrative, official, financial and tax systems, as well as jurisdiction and the social, military religious, and cultural aspects of the Yuan dynasty. |
