| 抄録 | 面臨社會環境的丕變，各行業皆有不得不面對的轉型挑戰與壓力，宗教團體亦然，例如：土地正義、世代正義、自然正義......等，甚至，如南傳佛教地區的緬甸、泰國，已有寺院由僧侶為了大環境的健康，帶領信徒做農地的自然有機耕作；反觀台灣，我們對土地的利用及資源往往多用於非絕對必要的建築外觀，隨著時代變遷，人口老化現象，漸漸浮上的繼承問題，最終必然影響整個佛教的發展(包含兩岸)。
慈悲，從愛護土地做起，鼓勵寺院釋出多餘農地，土地活化，提供年輕人工作機會，結合社區，深耕地方；舉案例說明：之一，高雄菜根香素食館三十年承租農地有機契作，承租廢校收容弱勢家庭兒童。
In face of social environment great changes, various professions all have to confront the transformation challenges and pressures, the religious groups are also, for example: The land justice, the generation justice, the nature justice, etc. Even, as Burma and Thailand of Theravada Buddhism area, for the environment health, there are monks of temples lead the followers to do the natural organic farming. Contrary, in Taiwan, we often use the land and the resources for the non-absolute necessary appearance of the building. Along with the changing times, and the population aging phenomenon, the inheritance issues which appear gradually, these will finally inevitably affect the entire Buddhism's development (including Cross-strait).
Mercy, starts from taking good care of land, and encourages temples release unnecessary farmland, activate the land, provide the work opportunity to young people, union the community, make deeply ploughs the place. For example, the Vegiland Vegetarian Restaurant rents the farmland to be organic cultivation for thirty years, in addition, rents the abandoned school to house the problem family's child. |
