| 抄録 | 밀교의 계는 有爲戒로서의 五戒十善戒와 無爲戒로서의 三昧耶戒를 들 수 있다. 실제생활의 구체적 자세로서 遮制的 금지조항인 五戒十善戒가 중시되나, 『대일경』에 설해지는 십선계는 정보리심에 기반한 智의 방편에 의하여 일체법평등의 입장에서 실천하는 것이고, 나아가 밀교계의 근본을 이루는 三昧耶戒에 이른다는 道程을 확인할 수 있다.
삼매야계는 삼종보리심을 발하고 이것을 원리로 하여서 생활하고 수도하는 계이다. 이 계율정신을 구체적으로 표현한 것이 四重禁으로서 밀교의 四波羅夷로 표현됨을 통해서 보리심을 궁극에 두는 밀교계의 차별성을 확인할 수 있다.
또한 세간의 상식적인 善을 초월하여 最高善의 實現證悟에 중점을 두는 밀교계율의 본지는 바로 『대일경』 「주심품」에 설하는 三句法門이다. 다만 온갖 형식을 벗어나 무한한 방편으로써 佛事를 행하는 일이며, 여기에서 밀교가 비윤리적이라는 견해가 나올 소지가 있다.
그러나 밀교계의 목적 자체가 佛性을 현현하는 데에 주어지고 있는 만큼 事邊界가 아닌 理邊界의 입장에서 이해해야 한다.
Śīla of Esoteric Buddhism are pañca śīlāni(五戒) and The ten good precepts(十善戒) and Samayāḥ vratāḥ(三昧耶戒).
As specific set of actuality life, The ten good precepts, forbidden clause, taking a serious view, and can confirm process that reach to samayāḥ vratāḥ that accomplish root of Esoteric Buddhism furthermore.
Samayāḥ vratāḥ is śīla that live and does penance taking that is third bodhicitta(菩提心) as is spoken that is the Śīla of bodhicitta(菩提心戒) and does this to principle.
Samayāḥ vratāḥ is śīla that pledge that believe firmly reason that three of mind and Sakyamuni and sattva(衆生) are equal from the first that is converted and does not abandon ṣad-dharma(正法) always.
We can confirm of distinction in samayāḥ vratāḥ that mean devout disposition that Four Major Prohibitions(四重禁) that embody this śīla mind is expressed by Four principal commandments(四波羅夷) of Esoteric Buddhism in extremity.
Also, Esoteric Buddhism samayāḥ vratāḥ emphasizes that transcend commonsense and realizes with realization of summum bonum.
True aim of Esoteric Buddhism Samayāḥ vratāḥ is teaching of Three phrase in Vairocana Sūtra and Commentary of Vairocana Sūtra justly.
Only, it is work which perform Buddhist propagandism and services by infinite instrument escaping every form, and here, unethical opinion of Esoteric Buddhism is first intention to come out.
But, purpose of Esoteric Buddhism manifest nature of Buddha. Therefore, symbolic presentation of Esoteric Buddhism should understands in situation of reason.
