| 抄録 | 인간소외란 인간이 자신의 힘과 풍요함의 적극적인 소유자로서 스스로를 체험하지 못하고 타인, 기계, 또는 상품 등 외부의 어떤 힘에 좌우되는 자신을 체험하며 ‘진정한 자기’로부터 동떨어진 삶을 사는 것을 의미한다. 이는 인간이 물신숭배, 기술문명, 관료제 조직화, 매스미디어 등에 의하여 기계적인 체제 속의 한 부속물로 전락하면서 야기된다.
그런데 불교는 연기론, 자비사상, 사성제, 사섭법, 화합중 등 인간소외를 해소할 수 있는 상담요소를 가지고 있다. 이에 불교상담은 인간소외의 해소를 위하여 소외의 과정이 해탈의 과정임을 제시하여야 하며 작복(作福)을 위한 상담을 하여야 한다. 또한 생명존중의 의식을 심화시킴과 더불어 참선수행을 권장하여야 한다.
향후 불교는 물신주의와 기술문명의 사회에서 객체로 전략한 현대인의 소외를 해결하기 위하여 상담적 요소를 개발하고 현대사회에 적합한 모습으로 불교상담을 새롭게 연구하여야 한다.
Buddhism has the essential elements of counseling to solve the alienation of human beings. These elements are the theory of dependent origination, the thought of mercy, and the four noble truths. On this, Buddhist counseling has to do as follows for the solution of the alienation of human beings ; First, it suggests that the process of alienation is the process of deliverance. Second, it has to do the counseling to farm a blessing. Third, it has to intensify the consciousness to respect the life. Lastly, it has to promote the practice of zen.
Hereafter, Buddhism develops the Buddhistic elements of counseling and investigates Buddhist counseling newly to solve the alienation of human beings in the scientists of the modern times. |
