| 抄録 | 중국 조동종의 근본 교의 가운데 하나인 편정오위와 같은 조동종의 교의 가운데 하나인 대양경현의 18반묘어의 용어에 대한 내용을 살펴보았다. 편정오위의 용어는 正中偏․偏中正․正中來․偏中至․兼中到이다. 한편 18반묘어의 18종의 명칭은 今第一大緣焉․今第二中之思․今第三小宗嵩․中第四緣之正․中第五緣之眞․中第六緣之偏․古第七思之正․古第八思之眞․古第九思之偏․古第十宗之正․中第十一宗之眞․今第十二宗之偏․今第十三緣皆正․中第十四思皆正․古第十五宗皆正․今第十六緣非正․中第十七思非正․古第十八宗非正이다. 이들 가운데 18반묘어의 용어를 오위의 용어로 치환해보 면 각각 偏․中․正․偏中正․偏中中․偏中偏․中中正․中中中․中中偏․正中正․正中中․正中偏․偏偏․中中․正正․偏非偏․中非中․正非正 등이 해당된다. 이것은 편정오위의 또 다른 모습으로 등장한 것이 곧 18반묘어임을 말해주는 것으로서 오위사상의 전승성격이면서 특징이기도 하다. 18반묘어는 그 전체를 今(今時)과 中(自己)과 古(那邊)의 3時와 緣과 思와 宗의 3段과 正과 偏과 眞의 3位의 조합으로 표현한 것인 데 오위는 正․偏․中의 3단구성으로 이루어져 있음을 알 수 가 있었다.
The fivefold realation of ultimate reality and phenomena(偏正五位) by Tungshan- Liangchien(洞山良价) is the most important thought in Jodong-seon sect(曹洞宗). They are (1) ultimate reality encompassing phenomena(正中偏), (2) phenomena encompassing ultimate reality(偏中正), (3) ultimate reality along(正中來), (4) phenomena along(偏中至), and (5) ultimate reality is one with, and separate from, phenomena(兼中到). The eighteen sort words is Buddhist words by Daeyang-Gyunghyun(大陽警玄).
The relation of two notion is close connection. Especially, the two notions are basic doctrine in Jodong-seon sect(曹洞宗) each other. Namely, the foundation of principal was huihu(回互 it means principles of Circulation, which is founded on CAN TONG QI 參同契) and bu hui hu(不回互 it means principles of Not- Circulation). In conclusion, The eighteen
sort words was originate from The fivefold realation of ultimate reality and phenomena. But Daeyang-Gyunghyun developed not only The fivefold realation of ultimate reality and phenomena but adjust the times and abilities of disciples. |
