| 抄録 | 우리의 아동청소년은 생물학적 발달과업의 스트레스가 있는데다가, 학업의 부담이 과중하고, 가족체계는 대개 맞벌이 핵가족으로서 충분한 돌봄이 주어지지 않으며, 국가의 사회보육 체계로 편입되어가고 있다. 사회복지기관들이 많은 프로그램을 시행하지만 학습활동이나 기능적인 특별활동보다도 먼저 아동들의 정신건강을 돌보며, 가족체계의 건전한 보육기능를 지원해야 한다. 그런 점에서 불교계 아동복지사업은 명상치료와 생태체험 등의 템플 스테이를 통해서 특성화할 필요성과 그 가능성이 매우 크다. 이미 국내외 정신치료사와 임상심리치료사들은 명상을 통해서 전문적인 심리치료의 효과를 입증하고 있다. 불교계 사회복지기관에서도 종교적으로 강제함이 없이 잘 훈련된 명상치료 전문가들을 양성하고, 전문가들은 정신건강과 심리치료적 서비스 기술의 타당성을 높여가며, 아울러 산중사찰처럼 친환경적인 곳에서 아동청소년들에게 깊이 있는 생태체험을 제공함으로써, 아동 개개인과 사회전체 쌍방의 건강과 웰빙을 증진하는 사회복지 특성화작업이 절실히 필요하다.
Our children and youths are under the stress in biological development, especially suffering from the learning overload. These days the nuclear family system where both parents work outside the home cannot afford to take care of children properly. Although many social care services for the children were given to, the indicator of children and youths' mental health shows the situation to be seriously problematic. At this point it's possible and more necessary for buddhist social work to do special jobs for children. That means for example the Mindfulness - based cognitive therapy (MBCT: psychological therapeutic treatment) and the Green Deep - ecological experience in Temple - Stay. The effectiveness of MBCT or Green Life in mountain has already been proven to be true in many previous studies. We need to bring up more specialists and more agencies for those buddhist programmes. We need to make some trials and errors, to get feedbacks from practicing in field works in order to improve the skill effectiveness. They will practice buddhist welfare programmes without any religious demand or enforcement to their clients. Highly specialized social workers with the Mindfulness therapy, the Green programmes like in Temple-Stay will help to enhance our children and youths' quality of life. It will go far toward the society's total wellbeing as well as individuals'. It should be the goal of buddhist social work for children and youth. |
