To attain the Awakenment is not easy. We should not compare
it to other tasks. Even if we have attained some spiritual progress, like
good concentration of mind, if we have learned a lot of Sutras, or if we
are truly moral and spiritual people - in comparison with the ultimate
goal these tasks are very easy indeed. Only when we have reached the final
goal and eradicated all the taints from our minds, then we can finally
be content and say that we have done what had to be done.
