The present study examines meditative practices of the 15th assembly of the Prajñāpāramitā-Sūtras in terms of constructing summaries of Buddhist scriptures. Through the study of this text, some of the significant features of the doctrine of meditative practices and Mahāyāna wisdom can be revealed. In this paper, I distinguish three main strands of the 15th assembly of the Prajñāpāramitā-Sūtras with the focuses on residing in dhyānapāramitā, pursuing the supreme enlightenment, and settling down the appropriate mode of life respectively. The present study will certainly provide insight into the Buddhist praxis of life and theory of meditation as well.
