摘要
The article focuses on the first World Buddhist Forum held in China on from April 13-16, 2006. Over 500 Buddhist scholars, monks, and other dignitaries from different places participated in the said event. The forum, aimed to develop Buddhism, was hosted by the Buddhist Association of China and China's Religious Culture Communication Association.
