Global ethics should regard religious ethics as its philosophical foundation. The core of religious ethics is the ultimate concern, which is namely a realization of integration of humans, human with society, human with nature, surmounting various differences. At present, in a situation with class contradictions, nationality conflicts, system differences and multi-cultures, it is difficult to establish an ethics with a minimum sense of being global, even for mundane ethics. Buddhist ethics, with its peculiar ultimate concern, can become an ideal option for civilization.
