摘要 | 佛教天臺宗含有豐富的倫理思想,智顗的「十界互具」本質上是動物權利論倫理觀;湛然的「無情有性」說本質上是生態倫理觀。當我們把以辛格、雷根為代表的動物權利論倫理和以羅爾斯頓為代表的生態倫理與智顗和湛然的倫理觀同放在人類思想發展史的縱軸線上加以比較考察時,不難發現,它們都屬於非人類中心論(或泛主體論)倫理觀。並且後者方佛是前者的回復,是高級的回復,正好體現了否定之否定規律。
Tiantai Sect is abundant in the logical ideas. Zhi Yi’s “Mixtrue of All Walks of Men” is in fact a theory of animals’ right; Zhan Ran’s “to have feelings but not love between the sexes” is just the concept of moral principle and ecology. Comparing Xin Ge and Lei Gen’s “concept of logic and ecology”, Lucedon’s “concept of logic and ecology” and Zhi Yi and Zhen Ran’s “moral principle”, we are likely to find that they all belong to the “non-human being-center” moral principle. The latter is just the return (a high-ranking one) of the former, which reflects the law of the negation of negation. |
