| 摘要 | Nietzsche's nihilism claims that "there is no truth, " no "reality-in-itself." This article indicates how Nietzsche's epistemological conclusions presuppose metaphysical assumptions of which he is unaware (those also found in Descartes's "meditations"). Nietzsche's interpretation of Kant leads him to "logically assume" the idea of a reality-in-itself，and a subject-in-itself，even though he denies their respective existence. The article concludes by suggesting that Zen Buddhism may be genuinely pointing beyond metaphysics in a way that Nietzsche is not. |
