The female Zen Master Ji Zong Shing Te of the late Ming and early Qing dynasty(1606-1658?) was taught and enlightened by Shan Chi Tong Gi Zen master at Nanyue. When she arrived at the south of Yangzi River, Wan Ru Tong Wei gave her Ling Gi Fa Mai. Then she went along with destiny in the south of Yangzi River. She lived in the Zen Temple to learn and live. When she was being taught she learnt fast and cleverly. The sentences she said were mysterious, new and vast and were highly complimented by everyone. Writers divided the enlightenment of female Zen Masters into “Zen enlightenment” and “Gender Wisdom Enlightenment”. This document is about the description and research of Ji Xong’s Gender Wisdom Enlightenment. This document also describes her knowledge and wisdom towards female enlightenment, which shows her special enlightenment towards males. The appropriate using of female Zen cases, with the practice of Ling Gi cases Zen meditation can get rid of sex discrimination. And can also break the conception of female Zen learners humble in female inferiority. Also allow females to break through, become confident and become role models. Enlightening females, and having an appropriate female characteristic is the main point and characteristics of Ji Xong’s Gender Wisdom Enlightenment.
