Jayananda was a key figure of the Prasangika Belonging to the Middle Way School in India,which was active around the twelfth century CE in such place as India,Tibet,and Xixia.As known up to now, he was only one in India who made a commentary on Candrakirty's Madhyamakavatara-bhasya(ca. 530-600 CE) and the Madhyamakavatara-tika is his most important work but is now only extant in the tibetan canon.The article is a translation and annotation of the verse 29-33 in the sixth chapter of the Madhyamakavatara-tika. The reading of these verse are based on two editions of the tiben canon, Derge (sde dge par phud) edtion and Peking edition, and some quotations from Madhyamakavatara-bhasya have been provided.
