Ke Fashi Diyi Chao,a piece of Dunhuang manuscript now housed in the Liaoning Provincial Museum.There has no much meticulous research done for its contents and properties at present.This article expounds the title and made a comparative study and then put forwards an opinion that this scroll should be a detail explation of Deciding and Choosing compiled by Kuiji of the Tang dynasty to A Commentary on the Eulogium of the Saddharmapundaīka-sūtra.
