| 摘要 | The article offers information on the confidential letter hand over by 13th Dalai Lama Thubten Gyatso to the Tsar of Russia in 1912. It mentions that the Dalai Lama gave the letter for the Russian Tsar and provided an additional credential letter to political advisor Agvan Dorzhiev authorizing to discuss with external powers for the sake of Buddha doctrine. The letter was written during over two century Mongol and Tibet's dependency on Manchu Chinese stopped with the collapse of Manchu dynasty. |
